All-inclusive seasonal installs start at $799 and go up from there. Commercial pricing follows the job rather than a rate per foot: building height, roof access and safety, how complex the elevations are, and how much of the property you want lit, so a single storefront sits near the bottom of that range and a multi-building campus or an HOA entrance sequence sits well above it. We quote after walking the property, at no cost.

Yes. We carry commercial general liability coverage and our installers are trained for ladder and roof work. Property managers and HOA boards can request a certificate of insurance before we schedule, and we are used to being added as an additional insured where a lease or management agreement requires it.

Earlier than most owners expect. We begin installs in August and the commercial calendar fills first, because businesses want to be lit before the shopping season rather than during it. Booking in late summer also means you choose your install date instead of taking what is left.

Yes, and it is included rather than billed as a call-out. If a strand fails or a section goes dark we come back and fix it at no extra charge. On commercial sites that matters more than it does on a house, because a dark run over your entrance is what customers see for the rest of the season.

Usually, yes. Access is the question we answer on the site visit rather than over the phone: parapet walls, roof hatches, setbacks and anything overhead all change how a building gets lit and how long it takes. If a property cannot be lit safely we say so and propose what can be done instead.

Seasonal lighting goes up in the autumn and comes down in January, and you pay for that cycle each year. Permanent lighting is installed once, tucked into the roofline, and typically starts around $3,000 for a front installation. It runs holiday colors in December, your brand or team colors on an event night, and clean white the rest of the year, all from an app, with no annual install or takedown.

Yes. Takedown, transport and off-season storage are part of the all-inclusive package, so nothing is stored on your property and nothing is left for your staff to deal with in January. The same display comes back the following season.
