By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website, contact forms, or verbally to our representatives, you consent to receive SMS communications from Hanging Lights Club. These communications may include service updates, scheduling confirmations, maintenance alerts, billing information, and occasional promotional offers. You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number provided and are at least 18 years of age.

You may opt out of receiving SMS text messages from Hanging Lights Club at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to join again, you can sign up as you did the first time, or let us know directly.

Hanging Lights Club reserves the right to terminate our SMS text messaging program or your participation in it at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. We may also suspend or terminate your receipt of texts if we believe you are in breach of these SMS Terms.

Our SMS service is offered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis and may not be available in all areas or through all wireless carriers at all times. We do not guarantee the successful delivery of text messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hanging Lights Club and our officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our SMS services, including but not limited to delayed, undelivered, or misdirected text messages.
